: Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue, Priya (30 years old) W/o.D.Michel Antony, before this Court and set her at liberty and also to produce the body or person of detenu minor Allandev (6 years old) S/o.D.Michel Antony before this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The first respondent produced the detenue before us. 2.The detenue informed us that on account of certain misunderstanding, she left the matrimonial home and is presently residing at Thiruppur along with two children. 3.We have also examined the petitioner. It appear that the petitioner married subsequently and is residing with his second wife.

4.The detenue is not prepared to go with the petitioner. 5.The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty. 6.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
