3.P.Manoharan ..Respondents in All WP's These Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.04.2015 with regard to the collection of more amount by the third respondent as against the notification issued by the second respondent in the year 2015-2016.
For petitioner : Mr.S.Ramasamy in All WP's For R.1 : Mr.N.Sateeshmumar Govt.Advocate in All WP's For R.2 : Mr.A.Aathimoolapandiyan Standing Counsel in All WP's COMMON ORDER In all these Writ Petitions, the petitioners pray for Writs of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2015 with regard to the collection of more amount by the third respondent as against the notification issued by the second respondent in the year 2015-2016.
2. Mr.N.Sateeshkumar learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.Aathimoola pandiyan, accepts notice for the second respondent.

3. By consent, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has averred in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of these Writ Petitions in the following manner:- "4.I submit that in the year of 2015-2016 one P.Manokaran, son of Ponniah who is third respondent herein took the market in the auction and after took the market on auction, he demanded a sum of Rs.95/- from me for conducting a stall and also Rs.120/- from me a stall having a door and the same was objected by me and other members of Sangam but he threatened me to remit an amount of Rs.95/- and Rs.120/- in each and every day and also the third respondent contractor have refused to remit a bill for receiving the amount from me in each and every day." Therefore, he would be submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioners are disposed of, by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners, dated 18.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the third respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
