This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated Page No. 1 of 4

06.06.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent as against one S.P.Selvaraj and others, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that no any representation was received from the petitioner. However, today the petitioner's counsel served the copy of the complaint. If the petitioner appears and produce all the relevant documents, they will consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 2nd respondent also denied the receipt of the representation, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents on 28.04.2025 and thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
