Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in C.No.12/Detention/C.P.O./T.C./2016, dated 04.03.2016 in detaining the detenu under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Ilayaraja S/o.Annamalai, Male, aged about 29 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. In view of the order dated 18.05.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
