The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the recruitment Notification dated 06.03.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent.

Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by way of an interim order, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the recruitment process. However, he failed to participate in the recruitment process and therefore, he cannot pursue the writ petition further. 2/4
