2.The petitioner wants mutation of patta. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that there is no rival claim. The respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
