This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry in CSR No.831 of 2024, dated 04.11.2024 based on the complaint filed by the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit the representation of the petitioner was already considered and CSR No.831 of 2024 was closed after enquiry. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
