ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the Writ Appeal filed by the petitioner herein got dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.694 to 699 of 2014, dated 19.03.2015 and he is able to get an order copy of the said order today. i.e.on 02.07.2015. In the said order, the Division Bench directed the petitioner herein to file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Trichy, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. In view of the above, as directed by the Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 19.03.2015 made in W.A.(MD). Nos.694 to 699 of 2014, it is open to the petitioner to file necessary appeal along with necessary stay application, if he so chooses and get appropriate orders in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In the result, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
