Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.24/2016, dated 04.03.2016 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu, Kittu @ Krishnan, aged 40 years, S/o.Lakshmana Thevar, before this Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.2141, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 18.05.2016, whereby and whereunder the Advisory Committee revoked the order of detention. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the order dated, 18.05.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
