ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay sugar cane amount along with 15% interest as per the sugar cane (Control) order 1966 to the farmers those who supplied sugar cane to the 7, 8, 9 respondents for the year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 and also directing the 1 to 5 respondent to take action against the 7,8,9 respondents for borrowing loan in the name of farmers and prepared false statement as if the sugar cane prize were paid to the farmers.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Government is not initiating action against the defaulters.

3. It is needless to state that recovery proceedings are to be initiated and dues are to be recovered from the sugar companies and it is to be settled to the farmers who all are longing to get back their money for supply of sugar cane to the companies. The authorities are directed to complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible.
