O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Though the petitioner had asked for a larger relief, the petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the petition mentioned representation is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
