This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.
2. On 24.09.2021 when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.461 of 2021 has been registered against 3 persons among which the petitioner is arrayed as the third accused. On that date, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after registration of the First Information Report, still official respondents are interfering with the civil dispute. A copy of the First Information Report has also been circulated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Since case has been registered against the petitioner and others, they have to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings and the question of harassment may not exist. I find absolutely no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed of as infructuous.
