ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C., in Crime No.417 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and others illegally transported 11,046 units of river sand. Hence, the complaint.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner along with other persons have illegally transported minerals worth about several crore. Considering the nature of offence, the Hon'ble Division Bench of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court ordered for enquiry by CBCID, Tirunelveli. Hence, the case is now transferred to the file CBCID, Tirunelveli and the same was registered as Crime No.2 of 2021.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
