ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order passed against the detenu Bhuvaneshwaran, son of Jayaram, aged about 24 years, has been revoked by the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.2130, HOME, PROHIBITION & EXCISE (IX) DEPARTMENT, dated 18.05.2016 and he also produced a copy of the said Government Order.

2. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as taking note of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2130, HOME, PROHIBITION & EXCISE (IX) DEPARTMENT, dated 18.05.2016, ordering revocation of the detention order, dated 03.03.2016, passed against the detenu Bhuvaneshwaran, son of Jayaram.
