O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection on the ground that there is a threat to the life and property of the petitioner from the respondents 2 to 5.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no representation was received by the police in this regard.

3. It is seen from records that there is a civil dispute between the parties and therefore the police cannot interfere with the said dispute. It is left open to the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil Court. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
