This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to restore the petty shop for fruits vendors at the Central Bus Stand, Trichirapalli by considering the petitioner representation dated 13.04.2019.

2. It appears that based on the representation dated 13.04.2019, orders had been passed on 14.05.2019 itself and since the petitioner had refused to receive the order, the same was affixed in his premises.
