O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1 to 3 Respondents not to harass the Petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 4th Respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein a case in Crime No.296 of 2023 was registered against the petitioner and some others for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(v), 3(1)(iii) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, on 22.04.2023.
3.Since the FIR has been registered against the petitioner and others, he has to face the investigation and workout his remedy, if any trouble is created.
4.With the above observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
