ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned check slip in refusal No.RFL/Rameswaram/1/2019 on the file of the respondent dated 03.04.2019 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to register the sale deed forthwith in respect of the property situated in Survey No.91/2A2 situated in Mandapam, Ramanathapuram District.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to produce the documents sought by the respondent vide the impugned check slip.

4.In view of the above submission, there is no need to interfere with the order impugned in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: "The petitioner is directed to produce all the documents sought by the respondent vide the check slip and request the respondent to register the document. W.P(MD)No.10102 of 2019 also open to the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for registration after verifying the genuineness and veracity of the documents."

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
