O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed in continuation of W.P.(MD) No.9969 of 2011 dated 21.09.2011, wherein it is held as follows: "With the above observations, for not assigning any satisfactory reasons in the impugned order, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned order. Accordingly, the same is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the second respondent District Collector, Trichirappalli, for fresh consideration. The second respondent, after giving reasonable opportunity to both Presidents i.e., the petitioner and the third respondent, is directed to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Thereafter, a communication was sent by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam Taluk to the Revenue Tahsildar, Srirangam to give a report after analyzing the materials available. Since, there is no further development thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to comply with the order of this Court dated 21.09.2011 made in W.P.(MD) No.9969 of 2011 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
