Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in H.S(M) Confdl No.07/2016, dated 03.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu namely Thangappan @ Thangasankar, son of Chelladurai, aged about 30 years, now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J. and B.GOKULDAS, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to detention order, dated 03.03.2016 passed in H.S(M) Confdl No.07/2016 by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as the second respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has already been revoked.

3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.

4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
