ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 120(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1403 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that there are three previous cases are pending against the petitioner in similar nature of offence.

3.During the time of occurrence, 1.200 kgs of ganja was recovered from the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
