Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of Arunachalam, son of Subbaiah, aged about 30 years, husband of the petitioner from the illegal custody of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Arunachalam, aged 30 years, alleged husband of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Annavasal Police Station has produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (P&A) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar ps To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai District.
