The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam and transfer the same to the learned Family Court, Madurai to have joint trial with petition in H.M.O.P.No.990 of 2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the matter is settled out of the Court and nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
