Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.11 of 2016, dated 04.03.2016 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Murugesan, S/o. Jeyam Nadar, aged about 36 years, now detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J. and B.GOKULDAS, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to detention order, dated 04.03.2016 passed in P.D.No.11 of 2016 by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as the second respondent herein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has already been revoked.
3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
