Pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul dated 07.07.2021 reversing the Judgment and Decree made in O.S.No.196 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District, dated 30.09.2013, and allow this Second Appeal. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 406 days in representing the Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since the delay is an inordinate one, the petitioner will have to be put on terms for allowing this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed on condition that the petitioner deposits Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai - 20 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
