ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to the respondents to permit the petitioner to use the land in S.No.82/13 as public pathway.
2.The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents to use the land in S.No.82/13 as public pathway. Since the representation has not been considered so far, this writ petition is filed with the above prayer. 3.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Survey, Srirengam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District submits that the land in S.No.82/13 belongs to one Arulmigu 2/4
Parvathi Amman temple and patta also stands in the name of the temple. He also produced a copy of the A-Register. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
