Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the petitioner as per vide proceedings of 2nd respondent herein vide in Na.Ka.No.A4/1569/2021 dated 10.02.2024 and proceedings vide in Na.Ka.No.A4/1570/2021 dated 10.02.2024.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to disburse the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the petitioner as per proceedings of the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.A4/1569/2021 dated 10.02.2024 and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/1570/2021 dated 10.02.2024.
2. The petitioner's parents passed away in a motor accident on 14.03.2019. He gave a representation seeking compensation under the Chief Minister's Road Accident Relief Fund. The Revenue Divisional Officer, after perusal of the FIR in FIR No.49/2019 on the file of the Sathankulam Police Station and other connected details, ordered the application of the petitioner to be recorded in the list of beneficiaries. The claim of the petitioner has been given Serial Nos.5 and 6 of 2024. As the same is pending, he has come forward with the present Writ Petition.
3. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader took notice on behalf of the respondents. He states that the funds released as of today is for those who have registered in seniority list in the year 2023. He assures this Court that as and when the petitioner's claim reaches the level of maturity, it will be considered and payment will be made. The above statement is recorded.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
