ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the petitioner has submitted a manual application only, instead of online application as per G.O.Ms.No.478, Revenue & Disaster Management, Revenue Administration Wing, RA-3(2) Section, dated 29.09.2022.

3. It is submitted that if an online application is filed by the petitioner, the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by including the name of the petitioner in the Legal Heirship Certificate after enquiry.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above undertaking given by the respondent. 2/4

5. The petitioner shall file an online application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of application to be filed by the petitioner. No costs.
