O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate (Mobile Court), Dindigul, to dispose of the Petition in S.T.C.No.03 of 2023, Judicial Magistrate (Mobile Court), Dindigul, within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that in Crime No.722 of 2022, a property was seized bearing Registration No.TN 02 AB 0397, but it was not remanded before the trial Court and it is kept idle in the third respondent Police Station by the respondents herein.

3. The third repsondent is directed to produce the above said vehicle before the trial Court within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, so that the petitioner can file a petition under section 451 of Cr.P.C.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
