No.3432 of 2016] PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, the petitioner's wife Muthuselvi, aged about 34 years and two daughters namely Soudeeshwari, aged about 11 years and Poothumani 8 months before this Court and set them at liberty.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu, by name Muthuselvi and two daughters, by name, Soudeeshwari, aged about 11 years and Poothumani, aged 8 months. petitioner along with the children.
2. We have also examined the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he is willing to take the wife and the children.
3. The detenu is a major and as such, she is set at liberty. 4.
The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
