PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.196/6A, admeasuring to an extent of 0.06.0 Ars, situated at Koodalur Village, Kambarasampettai Group, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.04.2025, consequently amend the FMB Sketch in compliance of the Order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/3425/2017, dated 24.04.2019, within a reasonable / realistic time as stipulate by this Court.

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.196/6A, measuring to an extent of 0.06.0 Ars, situated at Koodalur Village, Kambarasampettai Group, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has given a representation on 07.04.2025 and the petitioner in and by this writ petition seeking disposal of the said representation.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands in pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 07.04.2025 and consequently, if warranted, amend the FMB sketch in compliance with the orders of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A2/3425/2017, dated 24.04.2019, subject to the result of the survey and demarcation. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
