ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5368 of 2025 1/4

in Crl.A.(MD)No.484 of 2025 dated 05.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition from 08.03.2026.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5368 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.484 of 2025 dated 05.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
