O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Learned District Munsif, Trichirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1612 of 2012 as early as possible.

2. The petitioner is defendant and the respondent is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.1612 of 2012. The respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.1612 of 2012 for cancellation of the illegal settlement deed made by the defendant in favour of the illegal person Rahila dated 15.03.2011 and for mandatory injunction by directing the defendant to provide maintenance to the plaintiff and her family Rs.10,000/- per month, before the District Munsif, Trichirappalli. The said suit is pending without any progress from the year 2012. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of O.S.No.1612 of 2012.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif, Trichirappalli.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Trichirappalli, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1612 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
