The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent, including the names of the respondents 4 and 5 in the patta, has preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 21.02.2025. In and by this writ petition, the petitioner merely seeks for expeditious disposal of his appeal, dated 21.02.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.
3. Without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim/appeal, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
