ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the representation dated 30.04.2015, made by the petitioner, in terms of the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.7667/2014 dated 07.08.2014 and letter of the 1st respondent in Letter No.28626/Pol.3/2015-1 dated 08.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.K.Ponniah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Having regard to the limited nature of the relief sought, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 30.04.2015 along with a copy of this order to the 2nd respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall dispassionately consider the said representation dated 30.04.2015 and pass reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law and communicate such decision to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of 60 days therefrom.
4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
