ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings No.3991/A1/2020 dated 09.11.2021 and consequential impugned orders passed by the 2nd and 1st respondents in their proceedings Na.Ka.No. 2527/A2/2022 dated 16.06.2022 and Na.Ka.No. 8217/A1/2021 dated 16.12.2022 and quash the same.
2. Through the impugned the respondents have cancelled the license granted to the petitioner.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he issued a stamped sale document in the name of one person, but it was signed by someone else. When this fact was brought to the knowledge of the respondents, they initiated appropriate action in accordance with the law. Thereafter, the respondents concluded that the petitioner had committed a grave mistake and consequently cancelled his license. The petitioner is aged about 72 years. All these years, he has not committed any mistake and been charged with any allegation.
4. Since this is a single incident, this Court is of the considered 2/5
opinion that the petitioner may be directed to file an undertaking affidavit stating that he will not repeat such a mistake in the future. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court.

Recording the said undertaking affidavit, the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings dated 09.11.2021, and the consequential orders passed by respondents 1 and 2 dated 16.06.2022 and 16.12.2022, are hereby quashed. The respondents are directed to grant a license to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
