This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd Page No. 1 of 4
respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 29.11.2024 to the 2nd respondent as against the respondents no.3 and 4, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was closed. Against the petitioner for the same set of allegations sent a representation dated 29.11.2024 to the 1st respondent and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent and the same is pending for enquiry. However, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents no.3 and 4 inclined to pass orders in this petition.

Since the 2nd respondent has admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
