This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar in Cr.M.P.No.3051 of 2021 dated 24.04.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint that has been presented before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
