(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the school building has been constructed and the compound wall works are yet to be completed.

2. In view of the same, the authorities shall ensure that compound wall is also constructed as expeditiously as possible.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
