[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenu before us.

2. The detenu, on examination, informed us that he went in search of work. He could not communicate the same to the petitioner. We have also heard the petitioner and her counsel.
