2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondent, enquiry was undertaken.
3. Reading of the complaint given by the fifth respondent shows that there was some sort of agreement of sale transaction between Nainar Mohammed/fifth respondent and the petitioner. Inspite of the above said agreement of sale between them, the petitioner failed to keep up the above said promise and breached the contract. When the trouble has arisen, the fifth repsondent contacted the petitioner, demanded the money back and at that time, on 12.03.2023 at about 7.00 p.m., criminal 2/4
intimidation was made by the petitioner and others.
4. In respect of the above said criminal intimidation only, the respondents 1 to 3 can take the enquiry. In respect of other issues, the respondents have no right to make enquiry and investigation as the case may be. The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to enquire the above said persons and complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents No.1 to 3 and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
