PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner to attend his job based on the representation dated 20.04.2023.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner to attend his job based on the representation dated 20.04.2023.

2.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that due to family dispute between himself and private respondents/private parties, he is not in a position to attend the job. For that he has given a representation and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to call upon the petitioner and the private respondents/private parties and conduct a enquiry to find out if there is any life threat to the petitioner. Depending upon the outcome of enquiry action may be taken by the third respondent and if aggrieved, the parties can work out their remedies, in the manner known to 2/4

law.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
