ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking to quash the order passed by the fifth respondent, dated 17.07.2018, and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as Principal in the Virudhunagar S.Vellaichamy Nadar Polytechnic College along with the salary from the month of July 2018, within a stipulated period of time. 2.According to the petitioner, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in the present Writ Petition, dated 29.04.2019, the petitioner has made a representation before the first respondent on the said date and the first respondent has passed a final order on 12.07.2019 and the said final order has been challenged by the Management in W.P.(MD)No.17029 of 2019.

3.In view of the above, the relief sought for the in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
