Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2015 and to pass appropriate orders forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the temple administration and its function scheduled on 04.06.2015 at S.No.12/1, Sri Kaleeshwara Muniyappa Swami Kovil at V.Karisalkulam Village, Virudhungar District.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider his representation dated 30.05.2015 and to pass appropriate orders forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the temple administration and its function scheduled on 04.06.2015 at S.No.12/1, Sri Kaleeshwara Muniyappa Swami Kovil at V.Karisalkulam Village, Virudhungar District..
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has submitted a representation on 30.05.2015, since there is an urgency crept in, he seeks indulgence of this Court. Further, he would submit that it would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocates appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the second respondent and other interested parties, as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
