ORDER

This writ petition has been filed alleging that the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Venkateshwari has been abducted on 13.04.2019 by the third respondent Selvam for the purpose of grabbing money and he fears that his daughter might have been murdered by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered and investigated and found that the daughter of the petitioner was 19 years old and at that time she was studying B.Com., (C.A) Degree course in CSI College at Madurai. W.P(MD)No.10175 of 2019 respondent and got married and she is having 1 1⁄2 years female child and living with her husband, the third respondent herein peacefully. On 22.12.2021 the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and has instructed not to pursue the matter further and he is withdrawing the complaint since his daughter is alive and living with her husband.
