ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the HMOP.No.195 of 2016 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent herein, has filed a petition for divorce in HMOP.No.195 of 2016, before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli and the same is pending from 2016. On perusal of the "B" Diary extract, this Court is of the view that there is no reason for prolonging the matter than listing the matter for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of view that a direction for early disposal will be in the interest of justice.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli is hereby directed to dispose the HMOP.No.195 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
