The petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent has preferred an appeal to the first respondent. 2.Admittedly, even according to the petitioner, the first respondent has commenced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/6866/2024. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that there has been no progress in the said appeal, for the past more than one year.

3.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to hear the pending appeal of the petitioner, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties before him. There shall be no order as to costs.
