Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.6 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first 1/4

information report in Crime No.6 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in CC No.304 of 2024 on 08.02.2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
