Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband, the detenu - Suyambulingam @ Vali, aged about 35 years, S/o.S.Chellan Nadar, before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and fourth respondent and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.] Mr.R.Ramachandran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submits that the alleged detenu - Suyambulingam @ Vali, aged about 35 years, S/o.S.Chellan Nadar, was arrested on 07.01.2016 in Crime No.18 of 2016 registered on the file of Suseendram Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and was remanded to judicial custody on the same day. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admits the same.

2. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
