ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action for recovery of the properties admeasuring 6 Acres and 65 Cents comprised in S.Nos.4/15, 24/2, 43/2, 49/5, 17/7, 19/3 and 20/6 of Tindiyur Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District and also restrained the 9th respondent from registering any documents pertaining to the said properties.

2. Action has been initiated by the Trustees to cancel the illegal Sale Deed executed for violation of the provisions of HR & CE Act. The process is directed to be expedited and issues are to be settled as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
